How did 2008 rank in your mind? What would you like for 2009?

Well I missed it this year so I cyan really comment on d actual day to day but i really enjoyed d muzik man. D variety was on point, had some smash tracks from d usual suspects (Tallpree, Killa, Luni, bla, blah, blah), but some really good ones from lesser known artists too. My only peeve for the past couple yrs has been the riddim movement. I doh really think it have much place in Greenz carnival. To me it seems lazy and a waste man , like fellaz jus riding d back of a hit song. Plus after about 2 or 3 songs wid d same riddim everyting else jus runs together and sounds monotonous.

Rardi....

I agree with you Rardi, used to boast that we have original artists and none of that "everybody sing one song thing". One thing I think the artists do not consider is only one of two of these songs get popular which may not be the one they produce.
I am not saying that they can't have it though, just ensure that they have real good tunes to launch that are NOT on the riddim.

So you bussin' a tune next year or wah?
